Hair is not what it used to be

I've bought hair from She Happy Hair since the doors at this place opened. I recently purchased hair paying $297 for 2 bundles. I have no idea what type of hair this is. Definitely not what I'm use to purchasing. The store in Arlington TX is closed, so I had to have it shipped. Worst mistake of my life. This hair feels it's mixed with synthetic hair. I can curl the hair but by the time I get to where I'm going. There's not a curl in sight. Hair will not stay curled. I reached out and still no response to this day. It really makes me sad cause I feel like I've been taken advantage of and that's not ok. .

I always order this hair and love it alway. Matches my hair color and texture. Does not shed or tangle.
