Eyeshadow packaging
I purchased 2 eyeshadows and could not remove the shaker lid top to access the eyeshadow on both containers. I emailed the company and it was suggested to use a toothpick to lift it off. I tried but toothpick broke and responded with another email. There was no response back or even an offer to refund or send me new eyeshadows. Very disappointed to the lack of concern or help given to me as a paying customer.
