JAVA BLEND

Overall, very good, round flavour but lacking somewhat in depth. However, this is something I have found over the last three years in most coffee and is why I have come to the Algerian Coffee Store and abandoned the supermarkets - regardless of their suppliers. The solution is probably to reduce the amount of milk served in a "Flat White" to allow the more subtle 'milder' flavours of coffee these days to come through - something I am now asking Cafés to do! The real issues I feel might well be with the growers, the climate and the harvesting - certainly not in the roasting of this particular bean! Vewry good range of Coffees and excellent service.
