Better than I anticipated
Have been using daily now with water over 4 months, wasn't sure what to expect. Easy to digest-no flavor, mix in yogurt, plain water, smoothies, pre workout-anything really!! Notice a decrease in my coffee desire. Seem to have energy, no crash, less craving for coffee/caffeine in general day to day. Less workout soreness but maybe I'm actually starting to get in shape

High quality creatine
I’ve been taking this for quite a while now. I love this brand and product. I highly recommend! I mix it with aminos for pre/during workouts. I have never noticed any bloating and mixes well.

taste good but the serving is 6.2 grams and you get 5 grams of creatine, the good taste comes at a cost of 1.2 grams of other stuff
