I just started the product about a week ago. I think I can tell a little bit of difference, but I’ll know a lot more than weeks to come, but I like that it doesn’t have any taste and that it mixes pretty well with whatever you put it in thank you.

I love this product. Im not a weight lifter but i am a dock builder so i mic creatine and magnesium, bith from the feed and it really gives me great sleep and i wake up ready to go. And btw, when i order from the feed, they ship right away and I receive it in a few days. Thumbs up.

Better than I anticipated
Have been using daily now with water over 4 months, wasn't sure what to expect. Easy to digest-no flavor, mix in yogurt, plain water, smoothies, pre workout-anything really!! Notice a decrease in my coffee desire. Seem to have energy, no crash, less craving for coffee/caffeine in general day to day. Less workout soreness but maybe I'm actually starting to get in shape
