Smooth and strong
Works well in a bean to cup, just has an unreal smoothness to it when paired with a decent organic whole milk and a little water. Had a dozen bags over the last year and will continue to purchase as finding organic beans from independent suppliers at a reasonable price is still quite tough. Tugboat nail it.
