Be aware of the plastic part breaking

Truly heartbroken the plastic part where you put the distilled water broke on me and I reached out to the company to see if I could just get a replacement for the plastic part but they told me that they don’t sell just the replacement plastic part that they would just send me a new one. I just had to show proof of purchase I was able to provide proof of purchase, but apparently since my warranty was over last month actually it hasn’t even been a month yet they won’t honor it and told me I pretty much just need to buy a new one and gave me a 20% off coupon which I’m not very happy about because my machine is just fine. I just need the plastic part so I just wish they would’ve honored my warranty and just either gave me the plastic part or just gave me a brand new one because my machine is not broken. It’s just the plastic part so I’m very upset because I understand. Yes, the warranty is only a year, but it literally was just last month!!! I wish there was something that could be done!

Um... self care went out the window when I had a kid but I can use this while she prances around brushing her teeth and singing along to encanto and it honestly makes me feel like I'm finally doing something really nice for myself.

Product does do what it says. My face feels and looks smoother and less dry. My overall complexion just looks so much better after every use.
