Universal Tent Pole

The one I ordered had both ends,you sent me one that didn't there for i had to spend more money to make the part work.The person that responder to my complaint simply blamed me.Ive bought Coleman products all my life,but never again.

The universal pole did not have the "duck end" on it. We had to purchase the "duck end" separately and attach it with screws onto the universal pole.
