Description
Liquid Rubber Multipurpose Primer works to increase bonding and provide a vapor barrier to help prevent blistering with other Liquid Rubber products. It increases adhesion on a variety of substrates and for a range of popular projects.

I won’t know until I apply the liquid rubber and see how it wears. I’ve used on wood deck in 2018 and is holding well. This time im doing a concrete floor
