Just received my order. Am looking forward to results. In reading other reviews I noticed people saying it doesn’t mix well and is gritty. I poured one into a bottle of water put the lid back on and shook it and it mixed great. No grittiness at all and I do love the taste

Returned after stopping because it really is that good!!!

I tried Biologica about 6 months ago for two months and while I noticed a difference in my sleep, mood and overall feeling of wellness, I stopped because at the time I thought it was too expensive for my situation. However after stopping for 3 months I realized it was well worth the investment! I am two weeks in and loving the sense of calm I am noticing. I can’t wait to see how I feel after month three. In it for the long haul!

It’s only been about 2 weeks so I’m assuming it’s too soon to actually notice any real results. Taste wise I’d say they’re Ok… I have both flavors, I have no issues drinking them but I wouldn’t say they’re yummy lol. I’m really hoping I start to notice a difference in the very near future!
