Order #15719 I purchased a Posture Pro because it came with a 100% return guarantee. When it wasn’t suitable, I followed the return instructions, but the company refused delivery of the returned parcel and sent it back to me. This resulted in over 11 emails over several months with Ereyca, I was repeatedly assured my refund would be processed, but it never was. By the time I realised nothing was happening, I contacted my credit card provider to help recover the payment, however they confirmed I couldn’t make a claim as I had missed the time limit to recover the payment. The product wasn’t my biggest disappointment—the customer service was. After months of promises and no refund, I cannot recommend this company.
