I can only give it a 4 because I haven't tried the soap yet. The lotion and balm are amazing. I have been battling eczema since 2008 when I had my first flare up. Nothing has really worked for the long hall. I actually gave my son, who suffers from psoriasis and so far his loves the balm. Keep doing what you are doing. Love the products.
