Another Gem.

Superb coffee. I generally I use as a cappuccino. (Espresso grind for my aeropress) I follow the brew guide from here and on my sage grinder I use about a 7/8 grind to use through my sage bambino plus. Works a treat. A lovely relatively strong coffee but lovely with a whole milk on No 2 heat full froth on the machine. Follow all notes on CW brew guides and you can’t go wrong. Great

Marzipan truffle blend

Have enjoyed all of Kev's coffee, but Marzipan truffle is my favourite so far. Making espresso with it is very forgiving for a newbie home barista like me.
