Camo Nasal Strips

I love it ! I’m honestly really impressed with Histrips for sports! 😄 You can feel the difference right away … it’s so much easier to breathe through your nose, especially during intense workouts. Since I started using them, I feel like I get more air in and can keep going for longer, which is great for my overall performance. They’re super easy to apply, stay in place even when I sweat, and don’t feel uncomfortable at all during training. I’ve noticed a real difference, especially when running or doing HIIT sessions. I also use them while sleeping, and I’m super happy with the results ! I wake up feeling more rested and breathing better through the night!

I have to admit I was very sceptical. How can a simple plaster open up my nose and give me more air flow. Well I was proven wrong. Immediately!! I didn’t even realise how much my air flow is actually blocked by my narrow nasal cavity. Until I stood in front of the mirror and stuck the first Histrip on. Immediately I could breathe easier and deeper. All of a sudden I not only felt but actually SAW I was breathing without the sides of my nose moving! No blockage, simply easy breathing. And of course that translates into easier breathing during running. I have never been able to breathe through my nose during running. And now I can! I’m excited to see how this will change my running life!
