Delivery of the net was very quick. The material used were good quality, frame feels solid and well made. However, the width of the frame was wider than the size advertised and was unsuitable to fit in the space I wanted to position it. I did message Golfbays, asking if the net could be made narrower. They stated it could, but a DIY option, as they did not offer this. Regarding the assembly instructions, I agree with others feedback, they are not fit for purpose. I did find a video online which did help!

Good product once assembled

It’s certainly a very good product - well made , sturdy and nice like looking. The assembly instructions however are completely useless as is the You Tube video. So be prepared for a lengthy and frustrating set up or get a professional tradesman in !

Replacement practice net

After a surprising material failure in the framework of a practice enclosure Rob was courteous, efficient and very fair in supplying me with a 'better' alternative in a matter of days. Thank you Rob, my son put it together himself-a first- and loves it!
