Doesn't help with picking ball
Does help if you are too steep and fitting shots. However, if you tend to "pick" the ball and would like to get more compassion by hitting the ball first and taking divot, this isn't the tool for you. I suppose is would help if you tend to toe or heel strike as well, but my issue is only with avoiding picking the ball. For that, it's a no go.
