Thule UpTake 8L Hydration Backpack

I bought a sample for almost one-third of the price. The backpack arrived brand new, just as the guidelines stated. It was totally worth it, even with the shipping cost. I actually ordered two backpacks, but only one arrived. I contacted customer service, and they resolved the issue within an hour and shipped the second backpack the same day.
