Relief
I have only been on Tropeaka creating for a short period. After joining the gym and very sore muscles, I am sure this has made a difference to my overall health.

Must have for Muscle recovery & brain health.
I love this product. Easy to mix into my coffee or a smoothie, no graininess and completely flavourless. Without it my recovery from training is much better, less muscle soreness afterward. The subscription delivery is easy and means I never run out and I can pause it and make changes any time.

Creatine
I have tried a few different types of Creatine, Tropeaka's is the ONLY one that doesn't leave me bloated and feeling uncomfortable. I would give more than five stars for this product if I could. I would definitely recommend Tropeaka creatine to others.
