Love the boots

Loved the boots so giving them the 5 stars! I had to exchange to a smaller size, and that went smoothly. My only concern was that I sent two msgs via the contact email and didn’t get a response to either. I queried not getting a first purchase discount, and then asked for advice re sizing. No response to either msg sent. All ended well re purchase and exchange as I decided just to proceed without a response, but a bit concerned by lack of response. I wondered how it would have gone if I’d had a problem with the exchange!?

Just what I was after

Great boot. Can dress up or down and very comfy. I initially ordered a 39 as that’s what I usually wear but exchanged for a 38 which is what the size chart actually recommended.
