MN-50 Smash Compressor Colour Module

Perfect

After a bit of tweaking this thing has become a major player for me. Tracking guitar and bass through it when want a super compressed vintage sound. Drums smack. Run samples through it to bring out details. Mine came with the the release time set to slowest setting. I have it turned all the way up now and like it much better. often sounds good just engaged without any drive. Sometimes roll back the mix knob. Love this thing!

The fostex was a secret weapon back in the day-a very gd one trick pony. The MN-50 Smash is even BETTER!!! Bring any snare/klap to life-got a tambourine that needs liife-this is the answer!

Bass Secret Weapon

This module rocks on bass synths and guitar. The compression just sits beautifully in any mix and makes tracking a breeze. The character is certainly there, but it gives the bass a vintage feel that I love. If you are lucky enough to own a Mr Focus, the mix blend cones in very handy!
