Gun Case

Coastal Brown Bear Hunt Alaska! Wind, Rain and Waves describes it all. My case took a beating but my gun stayed dry!

Love the waterproof gun scabbard. Ill get to test it out against Sitka in a couple weeks and can't wait. The only thing I wish it came with were buckles and straps to attach it to my pack. The female buckles on the case are different/more heavy duty than my pack buckles. Even if the male buckles/straps were an addon to the case, I'd spend a little extra for being able to attach it well. Zipper is solid and side pouch is nice and I hope I don't have to test whether it can float, ever.

While river hunting, we had cold below freezing nights. Gun cases froze, but guns were perfect when we checked them. I know they are 100% floatable and waterproof, , and we tested that in the river for Hunt Warz two weeks ago. Literally. But you may want to add ‘frozen proof’ as well!
