Love this pant. After wearing it a few times and on some hikes I ordered it in Valo also. Love the 38 waist and 31 inseam for us shorter husky guys.

Athletic fit
Fit is a little snug. Athletic fit, not loose. With multiple pairs of Attack pants, I matched my Ariat Jeans size for nothing underneath. If layering base layers/thermals underneath, I go up one waist size.

True to size
They are true to size. That being said, if they were offered in a tall size, I would order tall. Tall sizes have longer waists and helps avoid the "plumbers butt" situation when bending or squatting.
