Good for immunity
I have been taking this for about six weeks now and I feel it has boosted my immunity and helped my gut health. It is tasty enough to mix into most beverages and I also like that it is non-dairy, unlike other colostrum.

Drastically helped energy level & digestion
I wasn’t sure about this purchase but wanted to try the colostrum bc of all the ads I’ve seen. I looked for a colostrum that was plant based, and wow! Am I so pleased with Kroma super core. Glad I found it! The taste is super mild, a tiny bit sweet. I have noticed that my energy level is more consistent throughout the day and that’s been a struggle for me since ALWAYS. I drink it with cool water first thing when I wake up, before coffee. I also notice that I am not as hungry as I used to be, until later in the morning or afternoon. My stomach has always given me trouble so this has been a nice change. . I really like this product and will absolutely be buying again.
