I am now consistently taking divots in front of the ball with my iron shots, and have picked up an extra 5-10 yards on all my clubs, just by properly shifting my weight through the swing. This is a total breakthrough for me, as someone who has been golfing for nearly 40 years, and has never been able to consistently compress the golf ball.
