Best ham in the U.S.
Hands down the best U.S. style ham I've ever had. The balance between the sweet, the salt and the smoke is perfection. There's a little herbaceous flavor that slides in there as well. Excellent ham, great in a benedict.

It's the real thing!
Sweetheart Ham is not your water added, tinned nightmare. It has a totally different texture than most hams- much more dense and flavorful. My one hesitation is the price! I understand the care and time that goes into crafting each ham, but this is not a small purchase!!! I wish they were a bit less pricey, I would be buying them over and over again-
