No issues. Great option for an OS drive on a Rock5b

There are plenty of articles and videos online showing these EMMC drives are not quite as fast as an NVME. However, these make excellent drives for your operating system on a Rock5. Their speed is more than enough for near instant start up & application launching. The fact that you don’t have to adjust the SPI flash means you can easily reflash the drive to try new operating systems or to restore backups should a failure occur. Also, with an EMMC drive handling my OS and applications, I’m free to utilize the M.2 NVME port to hold my media collection & handle all of my video encoding

My purchase did take some time to arrive. Not Arace's fault, since it went through some typical customs procedures ( no tax charged ) and it was Christmas / NY time. . . Package was meticulously prepared and protected. Parts are in their boxes, then in a nice paper envelope, then a lot of sturdy bubble protection all around it and all this in a nice package. This package could even reach planet Mars i guess, without any issues. All procedure from documentation through purchase, after sales contact, packaging and delivery went absolutely smooth and fast, considering the distance and the time of the year.
