Overall good purchase

Solid purchase, could do with a lower setting to work up to higher setting. Most settings are very powerful - which is great, but sometimes too much.

The vibration did not get the best quality experience for it’s price..

It seemed likely a good purchase and the reviews for this product seemed promising but also maybe from their “Affiliate” marketing accounts.

Wished I didn't buy it

The battery doesn't last, the whole thing heats up. I asked for a refund and was given a 6 step demand of verification, heavily implying any issues are my fault. These problems were right out of the box and I don't think 15 minute video showing the battery's poor hold is a reasonable request. I also don't have time to go through all that was asked. It's the most extreme customer service I've gotten or heard of.
