I had an inquiry about the costs in my order made after business hours. I sent an email and called the next morning. The owner, Joe answered my call and was very helpful. I ended up buying more weights from 255 to 455. He really took care of me. Also, If anyone is wondering 255 is not much for leg press for a grown man. Also, one of the parts on the press had a weld blow out. His people sent out the new part quickly.
