Delicious. Great tasting variety. You can definitely taste every ingredient that went in to the making of the salami, as well as feel the natural mold. Never felt anything quite like it. Also great shipping times.

Best Salami I’ve ever had EASILY

A couple years back my then fiancée gave me what I consider to be the greatest long distance relationship gift I had ever received. It was a salami of the month club membership to Olympia Provisions (then called Olympic Provisions). This gift has NEVER been topped. She and I did not make it in our long distance relationship but we’ve been friends for 22 years so I decided to let her know how special she is to me by returning the favor this year! She could not be more than excited! Also the pork rilletes is spectacular on toast or a baguette. This is pure pork heaven!
