Great customer service!
FedEx messed up the initial delivery, but Reptilinks made it right! Excellent customer service. Even in a severe Midwestern heat wave, the product arrived cold, the ice still intact in the shipping container.

Broke a 6m long strike
I received a Eastern Hognose and poor little guy refused to eat. His strike lasted 6 months. Finally ate after scenting his food with frog juice. Now he is eating regularly!

Doesn't work
I've tried this 3 times now with both of my Hognose snakes and they are very uninterested in anything I offer them. My dog is always curious with new smells as well and even he didn't take any interest in what's in the bottle. Very disappointed.
