Dedicated the red containers specifically for my dog's raw food meals. The meat blends I purchase come in two pound frozen chubs that I thaw and then separate into three equal meals. Can then top with a bit of chopped vegetables, berries, or other wholesome goodies and put in the fridge for later. My frail elderly roommate feeds him his evening meal while I work nights. All she has to do is empty a meal container into his actual dog dish. This may be an unorthodox use of the containers, but it works brilliantly.
