Mocha Java - Roasted Coffee

Love the Mocha Java whole bean coffee! We bought the 5 lb bag and are super happy with our purchase. Great taste and fresh!

This coffee is fine. Not my favorite, but still worth drinking.

A blend that exceeds the sum of its parts

I was bummed when FRC was out of stock for a while. The MJ is indeed the MJ (Jordan OR Jackson) of coffees, for me. I love the balance, body and finish and how it all comes together both in my morning French Press and just as importantly, in my afternoon espresso. Yes, many roasters (and posers like the Big Green) sell "Espresso Blend" or other over-roasted assemblage of leftovers, but good espresso can and should be made of quality blends (with some Robusta in Italy) or even single-origin coffees. The key is quality and freshness, not the roast level. Anyway - this Mocha Java is very good.
