L-Glutamine

Hopefully it will be as advertised

I haven't had time to access the efficacy of this supp, I'm going to assume it will be as beneficial as the other clean supps I've used in the past.

It works

I have definitely noticed being less sore after workouts. I would recommend this to anyone who hates being sore.

Flexibility

I like having the flexibility to add L-Glutamine to my diet in the amount and when I want it without having it combined with a flavor or any other supplements.
