Lap blanket
My girlfriend said using this as a lap blanket at a windy soccer game in the fall in New England was an extremely positive experience. I bought two for lap blankets for the porch to pair with my awesome Anorak. They are fairly lightweight, but the denim weave is tight and I find them very soft, comfortable and effective. If you give these as a gift, I guarantee that the recipient will find a use for it. Love it!

Great multi-use piece of kit
Could not be more pleased with this. I have the midweight lynx and would purchase a full-weight version if it was still available. I've already used it as a seat cushion on logs/rocks, a blanket near the fire and around the house, as a ground cover, and rolled up as a pillow. The square form-factor is excellent, and the generous size makes it very versatile. I did not anticipate using this as a shemagh would traditionally be worn, as the size/weight aren't conducive to that. I don't think it matters what it's called, but a large square of high quality wool fabric has dozens of uses and is indispensable around the house or the camp. I'm looking forward to a restock on the medium/twin blankets as a result of how useful this item as been.

Survival blanket
In my opinion it's not a shemagh, it's a survival blanket. I have only just received it, so not much use yet. It's just to thick, and bit to big for shemagh classification. But that opinion aside. I love it. It's soft and warm. I see alot of potential uses as a survival blanket/shawl/hood. It is my first WW product won't be my last. Iv never found 100% wool this soft wile also looking thick and heavy duty.
