Breadly™ Whisper

Despite having received this knife some time ago, I have been too busy to bake any further sourdough and have not used it. However, I had previously purchased a cheaper option via a well known online retailer which I did use but which was not easy as its blade was much thinner and flexed in use. The Breadly Whisper seems much more robust as the blade is thicker and flexes less when pushed by hand. The handle is comfortable in my hand as well. I am looking forward to actually using it!

Best bread knife ever. No more shredded baguettes or sour dough rounds. Love it! I've given two for gifts and they rave about the design and ease of cutting bread and having it come out in perfect slices.

Perfect slices EVERY time ! It cuts crusty sourdough bread like it was butter. A valuable kitchen tool.
