The S.A.T. herbal blend by Thorne is gentle, effective, and reliable support I've used seasonally for many years to aid in elimination and detoxification. I take it for 2-3 months each spring to carry away the winter blahs. It helps!

With all of the stress at this time, I decided to give my body a break and I went on the anti inflammatory program.
