Pump Cylinder Replacement + Pump Base

The ordering process on the excellent website was very straightforward. Although I had to wait a couple of weeks for delivery (I am in the UK) my replacement cylinder arrived in perfect condition. A special shout out for Red in Customer Services, who kept me fully informed and helped with prompt, professional and friendly responses. These cylinders are more comfortable than others I've tried. The extra wide base is nice.
