Measurements show internal diameter in millimeters. Choose size closest to tumescent glans width for best fit.
👉Need to combine with the Cup Vacuum Pump & Silicone Sleeve to maintain an air-tight seal!

It fell apart almost immediately. The valve on top never fully sealed and slowly leaked. On the second use, the valve fell apart completely.

Not much of a seal on the cups although they seem to be fairly well made. I can't recommend
