Good coffee, dislike shopify and lack of responsiveness

I have ordered LOTH for our churches for years. As always, the coffee is good. Getting customer service is next to impossible. Sent multiple emails and tried to call due tomissuescwithnordering and using shopify. Had no response. Tear and brew is usually out of stock. Wholesale ordering is difficult to navigate. Did not receive free shipping despite the screen clearly showing "free shipping" (and despite reporting this error previously). The order was delayed. We support the farmers through coffee but the distributor and customer service side of the business needs work. There has not been a dedicated wholesale agent for a few years now and it shows.

Makes great cold brew!

Ruli Mountain makes some very tasty cold brew. So refreshing for the summer!

Very rich. Not bitter. Wonderful way to start the day
