I didn’t like it tbh, the chai bottle has to be about a quarter empty or it overflows, the pump was messy (it gathers chair at the base that’s exposed (I fear if it attracting bugs) and then it gets all the spices at the bottom so it makes the drink grainy. I tried to shake the bottle to disperse the spices and it leaked out the pump. I liked just pouring it straight from the bottle better. I’m sure the pump works better for cafes that are constantly using it and measure it better using a pump and just having to clean it once after use (if they clean it)
