The Everything 29 Pack

I sent them as a gift to a friend in the US because I have enjoyed them so much myself. She hasn’t opened them yet, but told me they were beautifully packaged and she’d never heard of Hotel Chocolat. She lives in California

Unfortunately, here in California I received a badly melted box of "Everything" chocolates. I eagerly opened the box to treat my guests after enjoying your delicious product whilst in London recently. To my horror the chocolates were badly melted although they had been carefully shipped. They were inedible because they had been melted into their little slots. I think the problem was that the item was shipped "2 day" delivery but the box languished somewhere over the weekend due to the day of the week shipped

I don’t recommend shipping chocolates in summer without an adequate cooling system. Also should be sent overnight delivery. This was a replacement package for the first order which had more melted chocolates.
