Product provides an excellent source of electrolytes. The flavor wasn't as bad as they made it seem. I love how it's conveniently packed into individual packets.

Solid fuel! I’ve been very happy with the product. Taste is pretty salty, but I can look past knowing that it’s clean! Less water definitely helps with the flavor if you need to.

So far, easy on the gut, feel huydrated amd clear headed, refreshing. Only thing id want to add is a little more flavor.. besides that, perecto. Im an avid user of the HYK, but these will sit in the cabinet right next to those for a flavor change up. I run 25-45/miles and cycle about 50-100/weekly. 98/100. Glad to find a new good supplement that actually helps.
