Wall mounted folding work bench

This project I said to myself I’m going to follow every step as per plan and Video. But as I am a retired automation machine builder I could not wrap my head around step 9. In my opinion the 3/8 holes that will be the pivot point for the legs need to be done on a drill press or use a fixture that will insure hole accuracy. You miss this the legs will be crooked and cause assembly issues. The extra support beam is a must. I use this table for a router sled. Other than step 9 for me I consider this a good design.
