Expanding Outfeed Table

This is probably the fourth set of Bear Mountain plans Ive used. The quality of the plans is terrific. One of the things I like the most is the size of each piece is restated on the assembly instruction pages. It’s a small thing but really well thought out. The style is overbuilt in a way that looks super stable. The build style is consistent throughout all the shop plans. The proportions are right. The carts look good.

I have a rigid jobsite saw with a table that expands to the right. When I followed the plan conversion my closed table was almost 40" square. I broke it down and modified it so the Right side would still allow for the extension on my table to pull out and eliminated the additional space on the outfeed when the table is closed and it is now 33x30. with a flip on left and front and a pull out on the right. Polyurethane is still drying but It turned out pretty decent

I had to do some tweaking for the size of my Skil table saw, but ooo la la, what a fine finished product.
