I have purchased over $250 USD in products from this shop because I enjoy the items, however their customer service is essentially non existant. My first reach out was due to two of my spinner stems deforming due to mild heat. I was unaware of how easily the product could deform. I was told this can happen with 3D printed items and to purchase a replacement part, hence this order. I ended up placing another order that day for a new wrist spinner. The shop combined orders under one tracking number which I was not aware of assuming two orders would come in seperate packages. By the time I realized, I had recieved the package with the wrist spinner missing and only the replacement parts, I reached out for assistance on their website. This was 5 days ago. They have barely responded despite multiple follow up requests each day over the 5 days and have STILL not resolved the issue. If your order goes smooth its worth but if you end up needing customer service do not expect any assistance.
