Solid program!
I’ve been training consistently for 40+ years and this squat program is spot on! I can see myself incorporating this 8 week cycle at least twice a year to keep my lifts up as I age (I’m 55 now with a 385 back squat). Let’s see if we can hit the 405# mark by summer💪🏼
