usage of Dynamic GLP1
I have only been taking the supplement for 1 month. I haven't felt or seen any changes or differences in my overall wellbeing or the weight I have gained around my middle. My measurements and the scale have not changed either. I am hopeful that I will feel or see a change in this second month. Trying not to be discouraged.

Better eating needs to go with the Dynamic GLP-1
As a senior I do not lose weight easy so I need to change some habits that will help with weight lose. Do not eat late, make sure to do simple exercises and walk. If you have foods tat bother you don't eat them to control inflammation. Before going to the store make a list of your meals for the week. I am going to continue to take Dynamic GLP-1 to help.

Take a while but does work
Had to take it for three months before I started to lose any weight. Now I am losing it slowly, but that is fine with me. That means it will stay off longer. The price is high but better than the cost of other things out there.
