4-star pillow. The pillow itself has very cool temperature feel to it, much much cooler than the CarbonCool pillow. However, I had to remove my bedsheet-matching pillow case to enjoy that coolness. I then thought maybe I needed Malouf's Prime™ Pillow Protector -- and did order them. However, having them over the pillow eliminated feeling the pillow's coolness. I'll be contacting support about this. . . . .

Not cooling

Is not cold. I went with this brand since my old pillow came from here and I like the cooling tech. Yet the 5 year old pillow is 10x colder than the new one. Really disappointed, since these pillows are so expensive.
