I let the ingredients steep in really hot water and get into the bathtub once the water is nice and warm. It’s amazing how magnesium ( epsom salts) invigorate body & spirit. The aroma is so nice too! 5 star product

All of their soaks are fantastic but this one is something I always try to have around. It’s both pretty and practical. I try to use the Detox Soak about once a week because of how good I feel after!
