Mouth and nose tape

The mouth tape works well, I do find it hard to get off on the morning. I have to really wet it with warm water so it doesn’t pull at my skin. The nose tape I find way to short for the bridge of my nose to really do anything. I have tried others that are longer and work better for me.

Great sleep

Really like the Tapeher mouth piece. I always woke up with a dry mouth and would wake myself up with a snort. Since using the mouth tape I only make a little noise (according to my husband) and I don’t wake myself up or wake up with a dry mouth. Love it.

Disappointed

Had bought the mini essentials bundle in the past. Really liked the small mouth tape - wasn't hard to peel off and just a bit of issue with the nose strips sticking a little too well to the skin. Repurchased what I thought was the same bundle but ended up getting the regular mouth tape with nose strips. The regular mouth tape is extremely stuck in the morning and now I am stuck with worrying about peeling my skin off with it... Not sure if the formula changed but it is definitely not the same as the previous mini packs.
