lil crab

Wow this stuff is awesome. I’m never buying grocery store fish sauce again (until this is in grocery stores!) It amplifies flavors, makes everything taste like its best self. I put it in anything that needs a little savory boost. Fried eggs (amazing). Chicken stock. Marinara (shhh). Anything that calls for soy sauce. Almost feels like cheating…my family does love me more now.

I've cooked with fish sauce for a while, and also love the idea of eating invasive crabs that have been causing destruction to local environments. It has a strong crab smell and a salty flavor. It smells like the house after a big crab boil. I tried adding it to some chowder and it turned out great. My toddler couldn't get enough of it. I wish you massive success so this sauce can be mass produced in a way that makes it more affordable, and in larger quantities. I'd love for it to be able to compete with Three crabs as a staple seafood sauce.

Everyone loved it! On seafood salad and on lasagna.
